Controlled machining
Dedicated grinding and finishing areas for bearing rings.

REAL PRODUCTION · CONTROLLED PROCESS
LUMI combines controlled ring processing, automated assembly and in-process checks to turn bearing components into consistent finished products for OEM applications.

Dedicated machining zonesFACTORY OVERVIEW
Grinding, finishing, assembly and process-control stations are organized as a connected production flow. Automation supports repeatable handling and processing, while operators remain part of setup, monitoring and production control.
Dedicated grinding and finishing areas for bearing rings.
Purpose-built stations support repeatable feeding, positioning and pressing.
Dimensional and vibration checks create control points within the production flow.
THE CONFIRMED PRODUCTION SEQUENCE
Inner and outer rings complete controlled grinding before they enter the assembly flow.
The prepared inner and outer rings are fed, aligned and combined at the assembly station.
Steel balls are introduced into the combined ring set before they are evenly distributed.
The loaded balls are separated and positioned evenly around the raceway.
The cage is positioned and pressed to retain the separated balls in the assembly.
Lubricant is filled according to the confirmed bearing and application requirement.
Metal shields are pressed into place to close and protect the bearing assembly.
Finished bearings are tested and separated by measured vibration level before release.
INSIDE THE PROCESS
The separation head distributes loaded steel balls evenly around the raceway.
The retainer is positioned and pressed around the separated ball set.
Multiple press stations install metal shields before finished bearings are collected.
AUTOMATION & PROCESS CONTROL
Automated equipment supports repeatable handling and processing, but consistency also depends on defined checkpoints. The footage shows an inline contact measurement station checking a ring during production. Final test requirements are then aligned with the bearing specification and application.
FROM MANUFACTURING TO QUALITY
Vibration grading closes the manufacturing flow. Further inspection and validation continue within LUMI's quality process.
