Two bearings with the same dimensions can perform very differently when their internal configurations are not the same. That is why our evaluation goes beyond model numbers and price.
Configurations can include bearing steel or stainless steel, ZZ, RSR and 2RS closures, CN/C3/C4 clearance, Z2/Z3/Z4 noise levels, V2/V3 vibration levels, P6/P5 precision, ceramic balls and application-specific grease or light oil.

FROM REQUIREMENT TO MASS PRODUCTION
Share a model, drawing, application, operating conditions or current product information. We identify the key requirements and open questions.
Dimensions, materials, closures, clearance, precision, noise, vibration and lubrication are aligned with the application.
Samples are prepared for dimensional, operational and application testing. Standard preparation normally takes about 7–10 days, depending on the specification.
After approval, the confirmed specification guides production and quality control. Typical lead time is about 20–30 days, subject to model, quantity and customization.
For projects involving multiple bearing models, we often recommend validating a small number of priority models before expanding to the full product range.
